DELIVERY INFORMATION

COVID-19 Update: We are now starting deliveries again but to adhere to the strictest health and safety standards and maintain social distancing rules we are operating with a skeleton staff on deliveries. This means that whilst we are now delivering again deliveries will still be delayed slightly.

Destinations

DAZELIVING ships to most world countries. Additional handling fees may apply on products that are fragile, bulky, or just difficult to ship. All items are fully insured for loss or damage, protecting your investment door to door.

Here at DAZELIVING, we operate a very simple and straightforward delivery system. This is to ensure you have the best experience from start to finish. Please refer to the information below for any queries regarding the delivery process.

Whilst we will do our best to fulfil specific delivery date requests, there is no guarantee we will be able to.

 

Taxes and Duties

Clients are responsible for all customs charges to be paid at the border (outside of European Union). In case a particular order requires additional documentation to enter the border, the actual cost to have it released should be paid separately prior to shipping. We are not responsible for any delays, damages or blocks that Customs officials may apply to your order while enforcing any specific import regulations.

There might be some areas which are currently excluded from our delivery coverage however please check back again as we are always working on including new areas to our delivery network.

With this service, all processed orders are delivered within 6 to 12 weeks but in some cases longer depending on the size of the order and/or geographical location. You can buy our special delivery and installation service.  In that case our trained staff will bring the bed into the room of your choice, unpack and fully assemble it for you. You will be contacted prior to arranging the delivery to confirm some key details to ensure the assembly service can be carried out without any issues. Please ensure that we have your correct contact details preferably a Valid Mobile Number. If you have specific delivery requirements or live in a building that has restricted access please call us to discuss your requirements.

Please note that delivery and installation costs are non-refundable for any reason. Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery however we will always keep you informed and where necessary re-book accordingly. If you miss your delivery date/time for any reason and we are forced to rearrange delivery, there may be an extra charge to cover the extra cost. DAZELIVING cannot offer any refunds for the delivery charge.

 

Claims

If assembly of the products is done by the customer himself, the customer must check the products himself for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the Delivery Note. DAZELIVING cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after 24 hours of the delivery team has left.

You are requested to inspect all the items thoroughly upon delivery to ensure there are no issues / damages. In case there are any damages at the time of delivery, you are required to write them on the Delivery Note before signing it. In case you notice the damage after the drivers have left, then the issue needs to be reported within 24 hours of the delivery. After this period the issue / damage will be attributed to accidental damage as the delivery company will not accept any liability unless recorded on the delivery note or reported to DAZELIVING within 24 hours of delivery.

Fabric samples

Fabric Samples usually take 7-10 days to arrive.
